Why I am getting the Approval Request ?

We receive approuval for all the demand from the form "dossier inscription" but Do we need to approuve ? What does it do ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you created an Approval flow from your form. Please note that approval flow is a sub-process under the form builder that lets users create an approval flow for the forms that lets approvers review the contents of the form.  Once the form is submitted, an approval email will be sent out to the form owner or approver. No additional field is needed. Once answered, you can easily track down the status of each submission through your Jotform Tables. Take a look at the screenshot below:
