j'ai suivis vos tutos afin de libérer de la capacite de stockage par rapport a mon abonnement.
pouvez vous me confirmer comme quoi de l'espace à été libérer
j'ai beau tout supprimer je suis à plus de 600mo

Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that the deleted submissions are sent to the Trash Entries where they stay for 30 days until they are finally purged.
During their stay time in the Trash entries, they are still counted against your usage limit. So, if you want to immediately free up your upload space limit, you can Purge them from the Trash Entries. Let me show you how:
- On your Submission Table, click on Trashed Entries after clicking the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Then, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
