Le formulaire n'existe tout d'un coup

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un sondage hier, il s'intitule Sondage sur la satisfaction du programme de natation Nager pour la vie saison printemps 2024. J'ai envoyé ce lien au participant https://form.jotform.com/241554128783259

Aujourd'hui j'essai de le consulté et il n'existe plus!

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that the form Sondage de satisfaction du programme de mise en forme aquatique_session printemps 2024 has been moved to the Trashed folder. No worries, you can easily restore this form. Here's how:

1. Open the My Forms page.
2. Select Trash on the left side of the page.
3. Hover on the deleted form and click Restore.

Please take note that the system automatically deletes the trashed forms after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms that you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
