Bonjour,
Nous avons un soucis sur notre formulaire de réservation :
en effet nous ne pouvons plus remplir les champs dans l'image (voir capture écran) ou faire les listes déroulantes.
cela fait uniquement un bloc (encart bleu)
ce qui est extrêmement bloquant, auriez vous une idée de ce que nous aurions a faire ? Est ce que cela peut être dû au widget ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the problematic Configurable List. Then click the Wand Icon.
- On General tab, scroll down to Minimal rows number, and change the value to 1. Finally, click the Update Widget. That's it.

Thanks a lot for your fast reply, it' s working !
However, we don't understand why it didn't work while it was perfectly working before. We didn' t change anything. What could possibly explain this suddenly change ?
Also, on our form we had choose a "save for later" to save and go back to the form at another time. For some reasons it disappear. We reactivated it but we don' explain why it wasn't on a the form for some time. Is there any explanation ?Have a great day,

Hi Laura,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Minimum Row Number field in Widget Settings should contain numeric values in order to display rows properly. This issue could be due to form caches.

Hi Mikhail,
We have an other issue.
We have an adresse email inscription@btpcfa-aura.fr which is use when people respond to noreply@jotform.com whoever normally inscription@btpcfa-aura.fr shoud redirect on the school email directy, ( see screenshot below) but it doesn't, we receive all the respond on inscription@....
Also we have an other questions :
We receive approuval for all the demand from the form "dossier inscription" but Do we need to approuve ? What does it do ?
