Tables: Have a column to view Approver's comments

Est-il possible d'afficher une colonne dans le tableau des soumissions afin de voir les commentaires des approbateurs?

Pour le moment, je suis capable de consulter les commentaires seulement si j'affiche chacun des formulaires, mais il me semble qu'il doit avoir une façon de faire afin d'avoir facilement une vue d'ensemble. Si je pouvais au moins savoir quels formulaires ont des commentaires par les approbateurs, ça m'éviterait d'ouvrir un par un tous les formulaires.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to see the Approver's comments on the Tables page but as of the moment, we don't have that feature yet. You would have to view each entry on the Tables page or go to the Inbox page and select manually to view the Approver's comments. Rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I will let the relevant team know about this and get back to you as soon as I hear updates from them. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. 

In the meantime, you can have your approvers as commenters on the Tables page to let you know they have added their comments during approval. Let me show you how it's done:

1. On the Tables page, click on Share on the upper right of your screen.

2. In the pop-up window, click on Share Settings.

3. Select Commenter and click on Go back.

4. Now, you can Copy the Link and send it to your approvers or enter their email address in the Invite By Email section. And that's it. Once they have access and added their comments, you'll then be able to see them.

Here's how it will look like on their end:

After they have added their comment, you'll see a small message icon on the cell where they left their comment. Hover over it to view:
