Cancellation and refund request

    Bonjour,

    Notre association a souscrit un abonnement Silver il y a moins d'un mois. Nous souhaiterions aujourd'hui l'annuler.

    Pourriez-vous m'indiquer la démarche à suivre afin d'annuler l'abonnement et obtenir le remboursement de la somme payée (moyennant 1 mois d'utilisation) svp ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I've cancelled your subscription and refunded EUR 352.80. Please allow your bank to add the refund to your account within 5-7 business days.
