Bonjour,
Dans le cadre de mon mémoire d'étude j'ai choisis d'utiliser votre plateforme car je l'a trouve très qualitative,
N'ayant besoin que de 120 réponses, votre formule gratuite était l'idéal.
Sauf que, étant donné que j'ai dépassé le nombre de réponse par mois, tous mes résultats se retrouvent bloqués.
Je suis a quelques semaines de mon diplôme, et étant étudiante il est impossible pour moi de souscrire annuellement au forfait de 260€, surtout qu'après l'obtention de mon diplôme je n'en aurais plus besoin.
Serais-t il envisageable, exceptionnellement, de m'accorder un forfait mensuel pour que je puisse avoir mes résultats ? Il en va de l'obtention de mon diplôme.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I checked your account and see that you're on the Starter plan which can receive up to 100 submissions monthly. Right now, you've already received 110, which is over the limit and caused your forms to be interrupted. Your monthly limits reset every 6th of each month which can also be found on your account's usage settings.
Consider upgrading your account to increase your limits and restore your forms immediately. Let me show you how to do that:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
