    Bonjour,

    Notre société dispose d'un abonnement gratuit sur votre site web et nous venons d'être prélevé d'un montant de 456,30 USD. Pourriez-vous me dire pourquoi nous avons été prélevé de ce montant, d'autant plus que nous n'utilisons plus les services de votre site web.

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this. I have received the update from our Relevant Team. A user ILNAS under the email address b**@i***s.et**.lu was the one charged $456.30. If you're familiar with that user or email, you can go directly ask the user, or you can try to log in to that account to see the details.
