J au fais un achat de recharge transcash et pour montre la validité au fournisseur je lui ai fais l acte du fournisseur et je n arrive plus à crédit cette somme sur ma carte noir de transcash. Merci de votre retour.

Now, coming back to your question, since the transaction was handled by our 3rd party partners, keep in mind that Jotform doesn't process refunds for clients as they need to be issued from the payment gateway integrated into the form you've accessed.
