Hi laurentsamitier,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having issue with this. I am sorry but I didn't quite understand your feedback, can you please explain a bit more about the condition in edit mode? Which field do you want to hide and show?
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

Hi laurentsamitier,
Thanks for getting back to us. Just to clarify, are you referring to this form? If yes, I have reviewed the form and currently, it has a Show/Hide Field condition that shows or hides a field if the form is accessed via the form URL or edit link. Please take note that these conditions does not work when editing the form via the Tables page, and will only work when accessing the form via the edit link.
As the form owner, you have full access to all the data on the submitted forms, regardless if there's a show or hide condition.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
