Pourquoi vous désactivez mon compte Jotform ?

    J'avais un compte sur votre " Jotform" et j'ai créer une application sur la platforme qui est trés importante dans mon projet de fin d'étude .

    S'il vous plait réactiver mon compte c'est très urgent

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and I can see that it was suspended. This was due to form suspected of phishing activity. The form was having to collect a password/code hence it got suspended. Please note, it is in violation of our terms of use to collect password and usernames on the form. Since the form didn't have any submissions in it, I've gone ahead and removed the form from the account and activated it. You should now be able to log in.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
