PB de mise en page à la généreation du PDF

Bonjour 

Lorsque le formulaire suivant est rempli par un utilisateur, le PDF généré n'est pas facile à lire.

Lorsque l'utilisateur agit sur ["Diplôme préparé] alors il y a une condition qui fait apparaitre une liste dessous qui correspond au choix de l'utilisateur 

Cette liste est gérée par le widget [Liste paramétrable] 

Par défault ce widget genère un tableau 

Mais je voudrais que le widget garde la mise en page du formulaire web à la génération du document PDF 

Je pense qu'il faut passer par du CSS personnalisé mais je n'ai pas les connaissances nécessaires ....

Now, coming back to your question: Just to confirm, are you referring to the tables below?

If yes, you can easily edit this on the PDF Editor to fix the alignment. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow icon at the top and choose PDF Editor.

2. In PDF Editor, select the table and click on the gear icon.
3. Under Question Alignment, choose Top Aligned.

4. For other tables, you can edit the Answer Style and check the box next to Flip Table columns and rows to make it look cleaner. Check out my example below:

Note that these changes will also be applied to other submissions on your form, and the new submissions will get an updated look on the generated PDF. But the ones that have already been sent out will not see these changes.

Dernière question : est il possible de ne generer que le tableau qui a été complété et pas les tableau vide dans le document final pdf ?

Your form currently doesn't have any input tables. However, if you add one on your form and if it isn't filled, the field won't appear on the PDF. You can enable empty fields from showing on the PDF:

1. Go to the PDF Editor page.
2. Click the gear icon that you can see on the right side of that page.
3. This will open PDF settings. Here, you can enable “Hide empty form fields”.

J'ai mal formulé ma demande :

Dans le formulaire il y a un condition d'affichage pour l'utilisateur

Elle se situe dans le champs :

Diplôme préparé

En fonction du chois des champs s'affiche et pas d'autres

Du coup j'aimerai que sur le PDF il n'y ai que le chaix affiché lors de la saisi qui apparaise sur le document

Aujourd'hui ils apparaissent tous

Thanks for getting back to us. Enabling the “Hide empty form fields” option in the PDF settings will hide all the fields that weren't filled during submission. You can follow the steps that my colleague provided above and let us know if the fields are now hidden in the PDF editor.

Non cela ne va pas

Il faut masquer les widget qui ne sont pas sélectionnées à l'affichage par la condition

Si je sélectionne une valeur dans la liste déroulante Diplôme préparé

Alors je veux que ce soit le seul widget qui apparaisse dans le document pdf

Le problème est qu'actuellement tous les widget apparaissent même ceux qui reste masqués à la saisi.

I'm not exactly sure if I got your response translated correctly, but do you want to show only fields that have been filled out and disregard hidden empty fields from the condition?
