Téléchargement de fichiers : Les fichiers de grande taille ne peuvent pas être téléchargés

Bonjour,

Nous avons créé notre premier formulaire pour des dossiers de candidature (agence immobilière pro). Nous avons mis un encart pour que les clients puissent transmettre leurs documents. Lors de la première soumission, notre cliente nous a indiqué qu'elle n'avait pas réussi à mettre beaucoup de documents et qu'elle était limité en poids.
Nous avons alors pris la version payante, et malgré ça, notre seconde cliente nous a fait la même remarque.

Pourriez-vous nous indiquer pour quelles raisons nous subissons ce bug ?

I noticed that the file size limit on your File Upload field settings is set to 10854 KB. If you want your clients to upload larger files, you can adjust this limit. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on your File Upload field.
2. Click on the Gear icon, and then click on the Options tab.
3. Under Limit File Size, set the Maximum file size you want.

Please note that the maximum individual file size allowed in Jotform is 1GB (1048576 KB), and the maximum recommended number of file uploads is 25 per entry.
