I created a 2 question form. Based on the customer's response, I want to redirect to a different external link. Is this possible on jotform?

Now, coming back to your question. Sure, it's easy to redirect users to different URLs after form submission based on the user's answr. I'll show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• In the list that pops up, click on Change Thank You Page and set a logical condition like the ones below:
