Form Error: Sorry! only one entry is allowed

Now, coming back to your question. Please note that this error message usually show up when the Unique Submission option is enabled. It means that the user that is using the same browser and or IP can only submit your form once. Let me show you how to fix it:

• Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
• Click on Show More Options.
• Scroll down to Unique Submission and select No check from the options. That's it.
