Highlight text with color.

Hola, quiero saber si puedo resaltar palabras con color de fondo, por ejemplo:

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to highlight words with background color. Yes, that's possible using the Text Highlight widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.

2. Click on the Widgets tab, then search for Text Highlight widget.

3. Configure the settings to your preference.

4. Select the code for the background color Here.

5. Once done, click on the Update Widget button.

In addition to my response, If you want to highlight existing words in your form you can do that by Injecting a custom CSS, for us to assist you with it, Can you send me the Link to your form  and which words would you like to highlight?

Deseo resaltar palabras en los resultados que me envian las personas (el formulario contestado) no sé si se pueda resaltar al momento de editar el pfd.

Necesito resaltar alguna de estas tres frases, dependiendo del caso (recomendable, recomendable con reserva, no es recomendable)

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form, and it seems that the field you're referring to is Paragraph field. Just to confirm, is this suppose to be clickable, so your form submitter will be able to choose an answer? If that is what you want to achieve, you can instead use the Button Radios widget. This will allow you to create a clickable button. Check out my example below:

But keep in mind that it will only record the specific selection that your form submitter chooses. Here's an example in the PDF Editor:

Then, you can edit the response by either changing the box color to highlight it, or the answer text only. Check out my screencast below for an example:
