Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I also cleared your form cache, can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, are you able to tell us what browser you use and also change the account settings of the form to public temporarily so we can view it?

Hi stephanereppert,
I apologize for the confusion, let me correct my response above as I was looking at a different field. I see that the Configurable List widget labeled "RETOUR BOUTEILLE RECUPERATION" is set up incorrectly which is why the is no row showing by default. Please update the minimal row number to 1 instead of adding "active". Let me show you how:
- Click on the Wand icon attached to the widget.
- Add 1 under the Minimal row number.
- Click on Update Widget.
