    Bonjour,

Est-ce qu'il est possible de reporter le nombre dans le champ Quantité Fin dans le champs début du prochain formulaire.

    Merci

    Hi André,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to pass the value of the first "Quantity End" field to the next "Quantité Début" field in the form? If yes, you can use the Update/Calculate Field conditional logic. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the page.
    3. Select Update/Calculate Field from the option.

    Add this condition:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Ce n'est pas exactement cela que j'aimerais comme résultat.

J'aimerais que le "15. Quantité Fin" soit inscrit dans le "14. Quantité Début" du prochain formulaire.

    Merci

    Hi André,

Thanks for getting back to us. I assume that you are trying to pass the value of the "End Quantity" to the "Start Quantity" and prefill it when the next time the form is filled out. There's no automated process to do it but you can use the Form Prefill feature where you can prefill the form using the data of the the latest submission from a different or the same form. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • Click on Prefill on the left side of the page.
    • Select Form Prefill.

    • Select the same form to be the source data.
    • Match the Quantity End to the Quantity Debut field.
    • Save the Settings.

    • Click on the Add a New Prefill button.

    • Select the most recent submission and click on the Create button.
    • Copy the prefill URL and if you share it with the next respondent, the the Quantity Debut field will be prepopulated with the value of the Quantity End form the last submission.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Je dois toujours envoyer le dernier document complété avec le prochain répondant, malheureusement le nouveau répondant n'est pas connu...

    Hi Andre,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, if the form is accessed using the regular URL with no prefill setup, there's no option to repopulate the target field with the value from the last submission.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Andre,

Thanks for getting back to us. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
