Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Unfortunately, we cannot manually send the invoice to your other email address. You can check out the invoices of your account easily from your account. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
