Let me help you with your question. If I understand you correctly, the Submit button is missing from your form. You can add a Submit button from the form element. It's very easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
2. Scroll down and click on Submit button from the menu on the left.

3. Click on Gear icon to customize the button.
