    Bonjour,

Il m'est signalé que j'ai bientôt atteint mes 500 soumissions alors que je n'ai que 250 environ.

    Pourquoi ai-je ce message ?

    Cordialement

    Hi NgyFab,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, the Total Submissions is the total of submissions stored in your account. I noticed that you deleted a form that has submissions. Deleted submissions stay on our server for 30 days before they get permanently deleted. You need to purge the deleted submissions to free up the Total Submission limit of your account.

If you need to keep the submissions on the deleted form. Here's how to restore the form you deleted:

    1. On the My Forms page, click the Trash menu on the lower left side.
    2. Hover your mouse over the form and click on Restore. My account shows I have almost reached my 500 Total Submissions limit but I only have 250 submissions Image 1 Screenshot 30

You can check our guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. But if you don't need to keep the data, you can just purge the form and its submissions directly. just click the "Purge" option:

Additionally, if you have deleted submissions on your active forms and you want to permanently delete them, Here's how to do that:

    1. In Tables.
    2. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
    3. Select Trashed entries from the menu. How to free up Upload Space limit? Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 52
    4. In the Trash menu on the right side, select the submission you want to delete and click on Delete Forever.
    5. Then select Delete in the modal. How to free up Upload Space limit? Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 63

You can also check our guides about How to Delete Form Submission Data and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. Furthermore, if you need more storage, you can also upgrade your account. This guide will help you on how to do that.
