Nombre importants de répondants à un formulaire

Bonjour Comment allez vous? Pour une de nos activités nous attendons un très fort nombre de répondants au formulaire en même temps (environ 1500). L'année passée nous avions eu le problème et le Jotform avait cessé de fonctionner. On m'avait dit de vous prévenir si cela devait re arriver.

Currently, the account you are using right now is in Starter (Free) Plan with only up to 100 submissions limits.
