    Bonjour,

    https://eu.jotform.com/features/pre-populate-forms/

    cela était possible ?

En vous remerciant pour votre réponse

    Cordialement

    Hi lauredc70,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can prepopulate the form fields using Jotform Prefill, this feature allows you to fetch data from your forms, tables, or third-party providers. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Select Prefill from the left-side menu.Prefill my form with data from my database Screenshot 50
    3. Choose the option that fits your need from the available list

But, if your data comes from an external sheet, you can check out how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget, which allows you to populate your form fields from an external Excel Sheet. Let me show you how to set it up on your form:

    1. Still in Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Go to the Widgets tab.
    3. Search and select Spreadsheet to Form.Prefill my form with data from my database Screenshot 61
    4. Click on Upload File in the widget’s settings panel, and upload your spreadsheet file. Prefill my form with data from my database Screenshot 72
    5. Choose the Access Code Column from a dropdown. The widget will also ask you to select the Sheet Name if you have multiple sheets in your spreadsheet file. Prefill my form with data from my database Screenshot 83
    6. Set up the other options, such as Submit Input Field value, Autofill By Condition, Reset fields when Invalid and Run in the background as needed.
    7. Click on Update Widget at the bottom.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
