Form is not sending the Contacts to Mailchimp

My form is not sending my contacts to mailchimp. I did the integration so I don't understand why. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you try removing the integration and integrate it again? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Mailchimp.
4. Next, click on Remove Integration and select YES, REMOVE! in the confirmation dialog.

After removing the integration, just re-integrate the form with Mailchimp, map all of the fields, and submit a test submission. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Integrate With Mailchimp.
