Je n'arrive pas non plus a lui donner un nom.

Now, let me help you with your question. Keep in mind that forms in Jotform are saved automatically. Except for conditions and email customization, you are not required to save anything in Jotform.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can easily change your form name. Let me show you how:

1. On your main page, select your form and click on the edit form in front of it.
2. In Form Builder, click on your form name and change it as you want.
