How to Remove Captcha?

J'espère que vous allez bien. Je vous écris concernant mon formulaire Jotform que j'ai intégrer sur une landing page system io . J'ai remarqué qu'il ya un CAPTCHA automatique que je n'ai pas ajouté à mon formulaire et ce dernier impacte négativement mon taux de conversion en le rendant moins responsive pour mes utilisateurs, surtout sur les écrans mobiles

Est-il possible d'enlever ce CAPTCHA automatique de mon formulaire.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if we receive repeated submissions from the same network/IP address, Captcha will be triggered, even if you did not include a Captcha element in your form. To remove the Captcha, the account or form must be whitelisted. But this feature is only available for users with paid plans. If you are interested of upgrading your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please be aware that multiple submissions from a single network/IP address will activate spam protection/reCAPTCHA, even if you did not include a Captcha widget in your form. To prevent this, the form needs to be whitelisted. A you are already on a paid plan, I have now whitelisted your form, so the captcha should no longer appear.
