I apologize for any confusion, but I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. For us to assist you better, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, please provide the link to the form you are referring to so we can check.

If you're referring to printing your fillable PDF, yes, you can print it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
2. Then click on PDF on the left, and click on Download PDF.
3. You will be taken to the Jotform PDF Editor. It is like the current form builder but focused on the PDF layout of the form. Here, you can add new fields by dragging items from the left sidebar. 
4. Once you are done building the PDF form, you can click the Download button in the upper-right corner of the window to quickly get the fillable PDF form.

Once you have downloaded the fillable PDF form, you can fill it out and then print it.
