Now, coming back to your question, I believe you're referring to the Silver plan's submission storage limit. Keep in mind that submission storage is the maximum number of submissions on all of your forms and does not reset automatically. You can free up submissions' storage space when you delete some of your form submissions. I also suggest checking out this guide to learn more about account usage limits.
