j'ai pris l'abonnement bronze le jeudi 2 mai. J'ai supprimé mes formulaires crées en mai 2023. J'ai vidé toutes les boites de réception et données. Cependant, mon espace de téléchargement est toujours plein. Je ne comprends pas.

Comment puis la vider et avoir plus d'espace? Je n'utilise que deux formulaires avec aucune soumission pour le moment.

Now, coming back to your question. If you're referring to your Upload space then it is currently 109.82 MB / 1.00 GB of your Bronze Plan which means you have plenty of space left for more submissions data and upload. Can you take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.
