Comment faire ? Vendez-vous des domaines ? Comment connecter un domaine à mon formulaire?

Hi onivacad,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, You can either embed your form to your website or choose Jotform Enterprise. Jotform Enterprise allows you to use Custom domain for your forms. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
- Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
- Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
You can also embed your form to your webpage. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
- That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
