Hi Stikonebin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question: You can purge your submission data or uploaded files on your submission table to free up space. Here's how to do it:
1. Go to your submission table by clicking on the downward arrow icon at the top of the Form Builder.
2. On the dropdown menu, choose Tables.3. On the Jotform Tables page, select the uploaded file you want to delete and click on the trash icon to delete it.
This should free up upload space. But if you want to delete them at the same time, you will have to delete the whole submission and then purge them on the Trashed Entries folder. Let me show you how:
- Select the submission you want to delete and click on the Delete button on the right.
- Then, click on the three-dot icon at the top of the page and go to Trashed Entries.
- Select all the deleted entries and click Delete Forever.
By the way, before doing all this, you can download your submission data first in case you'll need it in the future. Here's a guide explaining how to do that.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
