Transfert vers Salesforce selon approbation

Bonjour,

J'ai un formulaire avec une demande d'approbation, je souhaiterai ainsi transférer les informations du formulaire vers Salesforce uniquement si la demande à été approuvée ou bien trouver une alternative afin de savoir le statut actuel.

If you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to set up the system in that way. When the form is submitted, the data is captured and the approval process is automatically triggered. Also, it is not feasible to configure the Salesforce integration to activate only after an approval has been granted.

Ok I understand. We are trying to find a way to pass to our Salesforce the information that the request has been approuved, is there a simple way to update a field based on the status of the request ?

Hi Jean,

Thanks for getting back to us. The simpler workaround would be to use an automation platform such as Zapier or Make to update your Salesforce entries according to the email received from your approval flow. Or you might also want to use directly the Salesforce API to update the entries according to the email coming from the approval flow.
