Unable to access the app

    Bonsoir,

    Les utilisateurs a qui j'envoie le lien pour se connecter à l'application n'arrive pas à l'ouvrir. Ils n'arrivent pas non plus à ouvrir les formulaires.


    Comment puis-je faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in French using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About your concern, I see that you shared the app through the App Builder. When they access the app, make sure that they have a Jotform account associated with the email address you used to invite them. If that's not the case, can you share a screenshot when they access the app? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.
