Account Suspended:Auto-suspended due to form phishing.

    Bonjour j'étais en train de préparer un formulaire lorsque j'ai eu un message de suspension de compte.

    Pouvez-vous m'indiquer ce qu'il se passe ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi Sébastien,

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. I have heard back from our Relevant team. Your account was auto-suspended because of your form 241303442944350 due to suspicious of phishing activity and was flagged by our phishing detector. 

    But upon further reviewing, There is no violation found on the form. We have reactivated your account and whitelisted the forms.
