Cancel a Denied Approval Flow

    Bonsoir,

    J'ai refusé par erreur une commande lors de l'approbation, comment faire pour revenir en arrière et restaurer le statut ?

    Now, coming back to your question, since you are referring to the submissions that already have a status, you can restart the approval workflow by editing the submission like scrolling all the way to the bottom and re-submit it. As I checked, it seems you have already enabled the Restart Approval Flow on Submission Edit on your Approval settings. This means that resubmitting the submission will restart the Approval Workflow. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Dots in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Edit.
    2. Without doing any changes to the form, click the Submit button.
