    Bonjour,

    Merci ,

    Anaïs

    Hi Anaïs,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. Although we do offer Live Chat Support, there are a limited number of agents working in each time zone. So, sometimes, it gets disabled, and you can't see it on our pages. When it is available, you'll see a pop-up if you're logged into your account on most of the pages, like Form Builder, Jotform Tables, Jotform Inbox, and so on, as you see in the lower-right corner of the image below:

If you don't see that option on the page, and you have a question, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Forum Thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Let me show you how to create a Support Ticket:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Support on the top-right side of the dark-blue navigation bar at the top of your screen.
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Contact Us.
    3. Enter a title for your question in the box below ‘How can we help?’
    4. In the box below the title, enter some text that explains the situation.
    5. Now, just click on Post Question on the bottom-right side of your screen, and you're good to go.

    You can also:

    1. Add the link to your form or to the website that you embedded the form into by pasting that into the box under the Add a Link section.
    2. Click on Choose File under the Upload a Screenshot section to upload a screenshot of the issue.
    3. Tick Make Private to prevent other users from seeing your question or answer. We recommend that you tick it if the content includes sensitive information. If not, you can leave it unticked so other Jotform users can benefit from the answer.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with a solution.
