    Cordialement.

    Hi Goutarel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, can you try disabling the 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' feature in your account, and see if it would still require them a login? Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Photo/Avatar, and select Settings.
    2. Go to Security.
    3. Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
