    Bonsoir,

    Je vous contacte car je souhaiterais annuler mon abonnement. Dans le cadre de votre politique « satisfait ou remboursé » sous 30 jours, j’aimerais donc obtenir remboursement des frais que j’ai engagé.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your account and can confirm that it is still within our 30-day money-back guarantee. With this, I'll reach out to the Relevant Team to issue a refund. I'll keep you posted on this thread once I receive an update.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I received a response from the Relevant Team. Please fill out this form to request a refund. Once we receive your request, you'll receive an email from our team member. When the refund is successful, your account will be downgraded back to the Starter Plan.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
