Bug d'affichage de la lightbox

Bonjour,

je souhaite intégrer le formulaire suivant https://form.jotform.com/parisromeeducation/votre-profil-dapprenant à mon site sous forme de lightbox. Mais il semblerait qu'il y ait un problème à l'ouverture. La lightbox ne s'ouvre pas directement sur la page d'accueil du formulaire, ou en tout cas, le bouton permettant d'aller sur la 2ème page du formulaire ne s'affiche pas. Il faut cliquer une 2ème fois pour le voir apparaître.

Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your site, so I can take a look at it for you? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The lightbox embed code opened on the same page. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. If you can also take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Sur la page d'accueil, si vous cliquez sur "Trouvez votre cours" cela ouvre la lightbox comme sur la capture d'écran ci-dessous mais le texte "c'est parti" dans la barre orange ne s'affiche pas.

Merci de contacter l'assistance Jotform. Sauf erreur de ma part, il me semble que vous avez embarqué votre formulaire sous forme d'iframe dans votre fenêtre. Pouvez-vous faire un essai en insérant le code du formulaire au format lightbox? Permettez-moi de vous montrer comment faire. 

1. Dans le Générateur de Formulaires,  allez à la page Publier.
2. Dans le panneau de gauche, cliquez sur Intégrer.
3. Choisissez Lightbox.
4. Cliquer sur le bouton </> Copier le code et intégrez ce code dans votre page web.

Faites un essai et dites-nous comment ça se passe.
