Impossible d'accéder aux photos après le transfert de compte

    Bonjour, nous avons transféré à un autre utilisateur le contrôle du Jotform par contre les photos que nous avions ne fonctionne plus. En vérifiant, l'adresse du cloud semble être relié par le nom d'utilisateur et par conséquent nous n'avons plus accès au photo précédemment prise. Pouvez vous faire la correction svp?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you facing this issue while accessing the photos from Submission Table? If you are trying to access the photos from direct link, make sure you are logged in to the correct Jotform Account before accessing the files. You can also change Require log-in to view uploaded files under Security Settings. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

    3. Next, go to the Security tab, and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
