Bonjour,

Hi Johana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if your form has an existing submission data, you can use the form Tables Prefill feature. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Tables Prefill.
4. Select the form Tables and configure the prefill settings.
5. Click on Save Settings.
6. Click on Add a New Prefill.
7. Tick the checkbox on the first column to select a submission data.
8. Click on Create.
We also have a guide about What Is Jotform Prefill and How Does It Work? that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi johanamagnetiseuse,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the Nouveau soin form, but it shows that you deleted the linked prefill form. Try to set up the Prefill again, then test out your form.
If the issue happens again after re-creating the Prefill, take a screenshot of the field or page that was not prefilled. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to add a screenshot in your reply.
- Click the Add Image button.
- A. Paste the image URL or upload the image from your device.
B. Click the Add button to post the image on your thread.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi johanamagnetiseuse,
Thanks for getting back to us. It's not possible to automatically create the prefill link. You will will need to first manually set the fields, then select the submission. A workaround is to redirect the users to the other form by creating the URL for the landing form. Here's how you can do that:
You'll first need to create the landing page URL:
https://www.jotform.com/241227168533960?email2={email1}
Here are the parts of the landing page URL:
1. https://www.jotform.com/241227168533960- The URL of the target form.
2. ? - The Question Mark is used as a separator.
3. email1- The query parameter* in key-value pair:
- email1 — The target form’s unique name for its Email element as the key.
- {email2} — The source form’s unique name for its Email element as the value.
*Multiple query parameters are separated by the ampersand (“&”) symbol. Example below:
https://www.jotform.com/241227168533960?email2={email1}&phoneNumber2={phoneNumber1}&shortText2={shortText1r1}
Once you've done that, you will need to insert the link in the content of the Autoresponder Email. The user will receive the email and click on the link to see the prefilled fields, from Form 1 to Form 2.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
