Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I just checked your account, and I wasn't able to find a form titled soin évolutif. Are you perhaps referring to this form? If yes, I have reviewed it and I didn't encounter any issues as shown in the screenshots.
If not, could you share with us the link of soin évolutif so that we can check it out?

non ,ce n'est pas un formulaire, c'est une application : soin évolutif.
sur mon formulaire la prévisualisation fonctionne mais pas dur l'application
