Now, coming back to your question, I’m really sorry that this is happening. I've checked the account associated with the email m*rt*y*l@gmail.com and saw that your forms 240258532535556 and 240261272158552 were flagged as a possible fake service by our Form Review Tool. Free accounts that offer services without a valid domain on their registered Jotform accounts are suspended immediately. We need to delete the offending forms to reactivate your account. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:
- Send us the URL where your form is used.
- Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
- Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #14432991 as the subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
