How do I prevent my form from generating an invoice?

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un premier formulaire d'achat avec un paiement en ligne et une facture automatique pour chaque achat.

J'ai ensuite créé un deuxième formulaire sans achat. C'est seulement un formulaire d'inscription, pour lequel je n'ai donc pas besoin de facture. Comment faire pour que ce formulaire ne génère pas de facture ?

En soumettant ce formulaire, une facture est générée.

Now, coming back to your question, you can disable the Attach PDF feature on the other form, so it won't generate an invoice on the email notification. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
2. Select Emails on the left panel.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email and click on the pencil icon.
4. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Attach PDF feature to off.
5. Lastly, click on Save.
