Got an email about my 10 signed documents limit per month

    Bonjour,


    J'ai reçu le message suivant de Jotform:

    You’ve almost reached your plan’s limit of 10 signed documents per month. Your documents will automatically be disabled once you reach this limit.

    Pourtant, j'ai 7 questionnaires remplis.

    J'en ai donc encore 3 avant d'atteindre la limite ? Pourquoi ai-je reçu ce mail? Le mois prochain j'en aurais à nouveau 10 en conservant les anciens?

    Hi Laria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the message you received regarding the monthly limit is just a warning message to notify you that you're about to reach the monthly signed documents limit of your account. This limit will reset every month. You can go to your Usage page to see when your monthly limits will reset. Also, even if the limit resets, all the previous submissions collected are still saved.
