    Tous mes formulaires affichent ceci. Je n'arrive pas à travailler.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I went ahead and cleared your form caches as a precaution. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you try to use different browsers or devices to see if that makes any difference?

    Merci de votre retour. J'ai essayé sur différents appareils. Je remarque que la page s'affiche normalement sur IPhone mais pas sur pc et android.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that this is happening. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and open the form on the new browser session then see if it works? Make sure that your device and browser are updated to the latest version and that it is accepting cookies.

    Also, are you using a VPN or Firewall on your PC and Android device? It might be blocking the contents of your form. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of the console log error and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Jai vidé le cache et les cookies et ça fonctionne. Merci
