Bonjour,
Pour une raison inconnue, mon compte a été suspendu.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Je me connecte avec mon compte Google.
Je travaille dans un hôtel et nous prenons les réservations à distance. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous collectons des informations de cartes de crédit. Aucune volonté de phishing ou autre malversation.

Now, coming back to your question, I get that your intentions are genuine and that you're not seeking to gather credit card details for any improper reasons through your form. However, as a security measure, we don't allow the collection of such sensitive information via plain text fields.
If your goal is to store payment information for potential future transactions, I recommend exploring our available payment integrations. These integrations are designed to handle sensitive data securely. You can review the options we provide here.
As for lifting the suspension of your account, we would need to remove the following fields from your form to do that. It'll also remove the data associated with them, so if you agree, let us know and we'll proceed.
