votre lien serveur https://form.jotform.com/241163016312542 n'apparait pas sur les ordinateurs de mon pays et d'autres aussi a cause du "form" placé dans le lien. j'ai pu contourné ce problème en l'enlevant a chaque fois pour que les pages apparaissent mais souvent c'est impossible
