Bonjour,
Je suis Élodie, je travaille chez Village Urbain.
Actuellement, nous avons un formulaire de candidature en ligne.
Nous recevons bien la confirmation comme quoi le formulaire a été rempli par courriel mais les données ne s'inscrivent pas dans notre tableau excel de manière automatique.
Nous aurions besoin d'une assistance,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I apologize for any confusion, but I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. We've checked your Google Sheet Integration, and it appears that there are no missing submissions. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, could you please provide us with the submission ID for the missing submission in your Google Sheet Integration?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
