Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it was suspended. It appears that one of your forms is requesting Credit Card information, which is against our Terms of Service. To reactivate your account, we must delete the offending fields from your form. Please let us know if you want to proceed.
If you want to collect payment to your form, you would need to use one of the Payment Integrations in Jotform to collect payments through your form. Please refer to this detailed guide: Mastering payment form integrations with jotform.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
